A: We provide full customization of embossed vacuum rolls with all mainstream cross-border composite structures: transparent NY+PE, PET+PE, BOPP+PE, PET+VMPET metallized, PET+AL aluminum foil, NY+RCPP retort, EVOH high-barrier, recyclable Mono PE and biodegradable PLA textured rolls. All food-grade rolls feature uniform embossed texture and smooth air conduction, ideal for automatic packaging of frozen food, cooked seafood and pet food. A: Full custom size service includes arbitrary width, length customization and precise slitting. Single/double texture, emboss depth and core size are adjustable. Custom blank and printed rolls are available for factory OEM/ODM bulk orders.

Q4: Can you provide textured roll samples for machine testing? How long is the sampling time?

A: Regular blank textured vacuum roll samples are free for machine testing, buyers only bear international shipping fees. Printing plate fees will be fully refunded after bulk order confirmation. Regular samples are delivered in 3–5 days, and custom printed roll samples take 5–7 days for production line testing.

Q5: How are textured vacuum rolls packed for shipment? Are they pressure-proof and deformation-resistant?
